Hey! It's almost Halloween and after working hard for the last months/years since this election started we all deserve some fun!
It's less than two weeks out from Election Day, so here's some fun suggestions to combine fun with Get Out the Vote on Campus and celebrate Halloween.
Think Scary- Dress up as John McCain/George Bush for Halloween. Could there anything for spooky than a Third Bush Term? Use the pdf attached, get string and make a scary Bush/McCain Mask http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3250/2970853326_d2a02f4816_o.jpg Candy!- Buy lollipops, tootsie rolls, or whatever suits your sugar tooth and emblazen them with our handy dandy labels. College Democrats of America & Young Democrats of Nevada Are Sponsoring an Invasion to Help Turn Nevada Blue And we need you to commit!!!
This year we are making history all over the country, students are mobilized and energized and want to make the difference this year!!! Nevada is an important state this year!! We have a real opportunity to turn Nevada Blue in the Presidential race and to also add two Democrats to the House of Representatives.
We are working with College Democrats of America to do two separate invasions into Nevada on October 3rd-5th. We are inviting all of our surrounding states to come into Nevada to come to either Northern Nevada (Reno Area) or Southern Nevada (Las Vegas Area).
Invasion Dates: Friday October 3rd - Sunday October 5th
Travel: We will be providing transportation for everyone who wants to make a difference!! But we need everyone to sign up ASAP!!!
Housing: We will be providing Housing for every student, we just need their information ASAP!!! We are going to make history in so many ways this year, and with your help we are going to WIN this November.
